With today’s economy the way that it is, many employers are seeking ways to cut back on spending and employee expenses. One way which employers may do this is by removing employees who command a higher salary and benefits due to experience and tenure and tend to be older and replacing them with younger employees who they can often pay just a fraction of the salary. This is age discrimination and is not legal.
